Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates are dependant on the size and weight of your order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via Australia post. Occasionally, we may require to use a third party courier for larger order - this will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
* Free shipping on all orders $100 and over!
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post and Australia Post Express services.
For all standard deliveries within Australia, please allow 3-5 business days from dispatch - order delivery may take longer during peak or holiday periods.
*Delivery delays may occur.
We are in the process of being able to provide this service for our international customers on our website.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Please allow a 3-5 business day turnaround for your order to be processed in our KO SPORTS & MOVEMENT HQ before it is dispatched and shipped out via Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, a secondary confirmation email will be sent confirming that your order is now on it's way with an attached Australia post tracking number to follow the journey of your order.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ko sports and movement is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ko sports and movement is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Australia Post to file a claim.
We take pride in the standard of our packaging and packing service to ensure that your products are delivered in the condition that they were originally dispatched. Our products are packaged snug with filler tissue for both fragile and non-fragile products, we also protect our boxes with hero packaging water resistant mailers to keep the products from getting water damaged during transit.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
